At Waydoo USA Official, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your eFoil and water sports equipment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition with all original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack the product in its original heavy-duty shipping crate or box, ensuring all components, batteries, and controllers are securely fastened.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Attach the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location; please note that oversized items may require a scheduled freight pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the equipment for damage and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
